Stock Deposit

Client can deposit or transfer their stocks to us through the methods listed below (stocks can only be traded after verification by CCASS):

1) Physical Stock Deposit (two-weeks verification)

Client can deposit their physical stocks at our head office in person.

2) CCASS Settlement Instruction (SI)

Client can transfer their stocks from other brokers to us through CCASS.

Simply fill in and sign the CCASS Settlement Instruction (SI) form and return to our Settlement Department by fax at (852) 2541 1022 or by hand, we will receive on behalf of the client.

Please note that client should give their withdraw instruction to the delivering broker directly.

3) Investor Account CCASS Settlement Instruction (ISI)

Client can transfer their stocks to us from their personal Investor Account maintained with CCASS directly.

Simply to fill in and sign the CCASS Settlement Instruction (SI) form and return to our Settlement Department by fax at (852) 2541 1022 or by hand, we will receive on behalf of the client.

Please note that client should give their withdraw instruction to CCASS directly.

Stock Withdrawal

Client can withdraw or transfer their stocks from our Company to other brokers through the methods listed below:

1) Physical Stock Withdrawal (around three working days after receipt of client instruction)

Client can physically withdraw their stocks at our main office or branches in person.

Simply fill in and sign the Physical Stock Withdrawal Form and return to our Settlement Department by fax at (852) 2541 1022 or by hand, we will process on behalf of the client.

2) CCASS Settlement Instruction (SI)

Client can transfer their stock from our Company to other brokers through CCASS.

Simply fill in and sign the CCASS Settlement Instruction (SI) form and return to our Settlement Department by fax at (852) 2541 1022 or by hand, we will deliver on behalf of the client.

Please note that client should give their receive instruction to the receiving brokers directly.

3) Investors CCASS Settlement Instruction (ISI)

Client can transfer their stocks from our Company to their personal Investor Account maintained with CCASS directly.

Simply fill in and sign the CCASS Settlement Instruction (SI) form and return to our Settlement Department by fax at (852) 2541 1022 or by hand, we will deliver on behalf of the client.

Please note that client should give their receive instruction to CCASS directly.
